About
Welcome to Saizeriya @ PLQ Mall, a dining haven nestled at 10 Paya Lebar Rd, #04-13 Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore. This vibrant eatery is a part of the well-loved Saizeriya brand, known for its no-frills approach to Western cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a welcoming ambiance that makes it perfect for family outings or friendly get-togethers.
The menu boasts a variety of affordable options that cater to every palate. From crispy, thin-crust pizzas to tender BBQ pork ribs, the highlights of this place lie in its swift service and reasonably priced dishes. I personally found the seafood vongole delightful—the spaghetti was perfectly cooked, and the flavors danced on my palate.
For families, the restaurant features a dedicated kid's menu, offering meals that not only satisfy young ones but also keep parents' budgets in check. Options like the Kid's Meal at SGD 5.90 and tasty treats like Panna Cotta and Cookie & Cream Ice Cream provide both nourishment and joy to little diners!
As I indulged in my meal, I couldn't help but notice the hustle and bustle of diners eagerly savoring their selections. Some patrons mentioned waiting in line during peak dining hours, but personally, I found that the queue moved quickly, ensuring no one had to wait too long to enjoy their meal.
Feedback from other visitors adds to the charm. One diner, 'Di Di', praised the attentive service, revealing how promptly the staff addressed concerns, enhancing the dining experience. Another guest enjoyed the calamari, a new addition that's worth the taste test.
However, it's worth noting that not every dish received rave reviews. Some found the pasta lacking in excitement, suggesting that diners might want to focus on the standout items like pizzas or hot plate options for a better experience. Despite occasional dish inconsistencies, the restaurant’s quick service and vast menu make it a reliable choice for diverse appetites.
In conclusion, Saizeriya @ PLQ Mall delivers a satisfying and affordable dining experience that is sure to please both families and friends alike. It’s a place where you can enjoy comforting dishes in a cheerful atmosphere. So, if you find yourself near Paya Lebar, don’t miss the opportunity to create lasting memories over a delicious meal!
“ I provided a feedback about the bacon risotto and was there was good service recovery as I was immediately offered a new serving. Nonetheless, I rejected it as I was done with my meal. The risotto had chunks of rice and the bacon was full of fats. It used to be served hot, but it was at room temperature today, not even lukewarm. The Milano was served piping hot. I would most probably go for something served in a hot plate in the future. One of my children did not take drinks from the drink bar today and I asked if it was possible to remove it from the menu and the request was acceded to. Service is impeccable here. ”
“ No-frills western food Pizza came out first in under 10 minutes, nicely crisp thin crust. The BBQ pork ribs followed shortly after; tender, well-cooked, and no gamey smell. Pasta was pretty average, would probably give it a miss next time. ”
“ Food was served quickly. The place was conducive and the price range was friendly. Perfect for meals with friends and family. There was also a wide variety of food to choose from! Had a seafood vongole and the spaghetti was soft and spice was just right for me too! Please expect a queue during lunch or dinner hours! But it should clear quickly so not to worry! ”
“ No frills Food prices here are reasonable. Not all choices are great. The veg and chicken wing was great. Other dish was wow so different from menu Pic ”
“ Like your any other Saizeriya place food was good and service was swift. Had tried the new calamari and it was pretty good! Would recommend a try and the rest is pretty standard I would say. This place does get a little crowded so do come a little earlier to beat the queue ”
“ We visited the restaurant at approximately 5:40 p.m. and immediately noticed significant changes to their menu, which now features several new additions. While the expanded selection initially appeared promising, we were disappointed to observe that the portion sizes have noticeably decreased compared to previous visits. As someone who has came to this establishment multiple times since its opening, I found this reduction in portion size particularly disappointing. The restaurant has built its reputation on offering good value, especially with its no-service-charge policy, which makes the shrinking portions even more noticeable. I ordered the new dish pork ribs, it was delicious and the ribs are very tender and soft. While we appreciate the effort to refresh the menu with new dishes, the diminished serving sizes detract from the overall dining experience. For regular patrons like myself, this change is especially noticeable and somewhat diminishes the value proposition that initially made this restaurant appealing. ”
“ Food was good and value for money. Service was understaffed during peak hours. Avoid peak hours. ”
